Filming

The filming of keynote sessions is prohibited at MWC Shanghai and filming equipment will not be allowed into the keynote auditorium. Individuals discovered using filming equipment in the keynote sessions may be asked to leave.

Filming will be allowed in the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, 30 June 2020 and the conference track sessions held throughout the week. Please note that the use of wireless microphones for filming is prohibited in the auditoriums and we will require all film crews using video microphones to plug into our splitter boxes located at the media riser in each auditorium on first come first serve basis. Please contact [email protected] to confirm filming requests before 23 June, 2020.

The GSMA will make selected video footage available for the media, please contact [email protected] during the event. Other video content will be posted to Mobile World Live following the event at www.mobileworldlive.com.

Photography

The GSMA regrets that during the keynotes, only official event photographers will be allowed unlimited access in the auditoria and use of alternative positions during these sessions. We will also convey on the day any further limitations or restrictions regarding photography as requested by individual keynote speakers. Selected photographs from official event photographers will be made available to the media via the event website or please contact [email protected].
